Which program and setting you use?
I think, mkv is the best quality format with lowest space/memory
EDIT: I have read an another Thread -> with mkv is no Video freezing, but with mp4 format

Yes I have searched in google, but the most answer is MKV -> VOB an I search a special and the best converter.

You have restricted access to where? Are you reffering to the fact that you are Limited Edition user? What has that go to do with using Google or Wikipedia, which I suggested you should use.

My suggestion to use Google or Wikipedia was directed to isrort, not you. To emphasize that, I even included his name in the sentence.
