Topic: Someone else must have this problem HELP!!

I have VDJ 6 love it im a previous PCDJVJ person.

Seems like a simple problem must be happening to someone else when i drag in a song it only loads around the first 10-20 seconds but still plays fine if you skip along the bar you just get black voids in it???

Also...

Sometimes when loading a video (when doesnt just load a few seconds) the video is loaded twice on the same deck whats this all about?

maybe try in your options to set load to max always.which os ar you using.if your using xp set your decoder to mp3 and if mac set it to quicktime decoder

Hi,
Is pc version running on xp laptop core 2,

Have just set the max load to always seems to have stopped the problem still having my video tracks load twice on the same deck ie as soon as the first one finnishes the song starts again (making a 4 min track 8 mins)

Very strange??

great mate.not sure about the video problems dont really use them.did you registar your vdj license yet

Are your videos xvid by any chance.

I was using xvid videos and had that exact problem

yes it just so happens they are xvids how did you get round this??

This problem happerns when xvid videos have been encoded badly i have a program called mencoder that fixes these problems.

I had around 500 xvid videos that loaded twice in one deck and this program fixed every single one.
