My TK Filter V2 is messed up. It says to use right click only but when you left click it changes the whole graph and the sound is distorted and the filter does not work anymore. How do I restore it to normal? I've tried re-installing it and it is still the same.

No! it's not only right click but use ALSO right click!
With:
-> left click : you can change the Frequency (moving the mouse horizontally) of the effect and it's Bandwith (moving the mouse vertically)
-> right click : you can change the Frequency (moving the mouse horizontally) of the effect and it's Quality factor (moving the mouse vertically)
The quality factor is represented by the orange bar on the right of the display.
The higher it is the more distorsion you will have (the more the effect will be violent).
Reduce it by a right click and the mouse on the bottom.
Then, use only left click if you don't want to change the quality factor.
