Topic: the CUE button does not work (NS7)

I was testing my Numark NS7 ITCH within the software and the CUE button on my left deck is not working anymore. Squeeze the button and nothing happens. Already calibrated NS7 and the key does not work then maybe ruined anything inside?

I was trying to map the NS7 within the VDJ and was appearing in some numbers mapper, but after the key has stopped working did not appear any more. Does the key broken?

Your button is messed up. its probaly not making contact when you press it.

I would recommend contacting Numark support directly they can help you test.
