Hi,
I recently purchased the hercules console and i've lost the original installation cd with the serial number on it. I think somebody stole it while i was playing at a gig. Would you be able to send me a new one asap because i really need to use it. I need to install it on my new laptop and i can't do it without the original cd.

Yeah right,
1) Hercules DJ users do not have a serial number
2) How could something be "stolen" which you don't have?

the hercules version does not have a serial nr, correct
But it does have a cd, and the cd can be lost/stolen etc
For a new console install, that version could be given to you
