Topic: How to sort my music collection by genre

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi guys i am in the process of sorting all my music into genres.

I have noticed that quite a few of them are the wrong genre and just want to no if there is any program that can sort it all out for me or if there is a quicker way than going through them all and changing them 1 by 1.

wouldn't want a programme to be sorting my music out for me rob, may be laborious but it's best to do that sort of thing yourself, what is one mans nectar is another mans poison if you know what i mean.
 
Yes i no what you meen i tried media monkey with the genre finder script.

Tried it with approx 5000 songs and now i have 501 different genres.
