Hello caliescampeon,

If you activate the 'pro' version for 20 days your LE version will become a pro version. After 20 days if you don't buy the pro version upgrade your version will come back to the LE version so you won't loose your LE version.

Please note that during these 20 days you will only have the pro version available. Your LE version will be accesible back only after 20 days if you don't purchase the pro version.

Hope it helps

Hi please can you help, I tried doing this but when I activated the trial nothing happened and it said straight away 20 day trial used? I'm very confused. Please help

You have probably already previously used a trial version of the software.

You can try out Pro features for 10 minutes at a time in VirtualDJ Home FREE: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html

If you have a RMX console (As per the title of this topic), then assuming it is not second hand and/or the discount has already been used, you can upgrade at a considerable discount by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html and entering your DJ Console Edition serial number in the box provided.

The same thing happened to me.
I just bought a new RMX and loaded the software and the enclosed Virtual DJ program just moments ago. I went to "advanced options" and hit the 20 day trial button but it said it was already expired. I did download the free version of Virtual DJ just over a week ago but have not registered a product until just now.

I lost the CD for HERCULES RMX DJ how can i get the software on my new computer?
