Is there anyway i can export my library or something on my old laptop, to my new one, so that I am easily able to have my old library, quepoints, etc?

you can run a usb cable for old to new, then transfer the files
or.....
get an external hard drive, and store all of your music there

your cue points will stay on the tracks. if you move them to another hard drive, you wont lose them
