Topic: Multi desk synch, same computer

Hi-

I am trying to gain a 3rd & 4th turntable on the same computer so I am trying the local instances option.

The directions are a little sketchy. Here is what I am doing, so far no joy.

Open instance of VDJ. Set Config>Network>IP=127.0.0.1. Open another instance of VDJ. Set Config>Network>IP=127.0.0.1. In both cases the port is 12345 and I am clicking full synch option.

Not working, what am I doing wrong?

Your settings are good for multi-instances on the same computer

you need to start the 2 vdj again and press play and beatlock. It's difficult to initialize the network but it works: switch between play and beatlock more times.

When it's ok you can move a pitch (without beatlock on) and the 3 other pitch automatically move if bealock are on for them

What he means is that beatlock is actually the sync device between both instances.
So just click on/off during your session

HI !!
I'm new at this...I've just bought a mixer and a usd sound card, I've trying to connect it and make it work with the virtual dj for a week and I am not able to set it up.
could anyone tell me how to do it?.THANKS!!!
