Hello friends, I would like to know information in an xml file to change the color of the waveform and also on the fader where do I change the values?

To change colours you will need to change the BMP not the XML.

I would like to change only those parts because everything else I have changed, but in the xml file I have found the parameters to do so!

You can change those parts of the skin by handling the .bmp file, not the .xml file.
You only need a Photoshop program or something similar to do that.
