I don't know if this is the right place to post this question but, here it goes.....There is a small, rectangular box, just below the 2 turntables on the VDJ. Inside the boxes, there are, what appears to me to be a "less than" () signs. The length (time) of the song is also displayed in these boxes. I noticed, when I click inside the box, the "less than" and "greater than" signs change to brackets and the length, or time of the song is different. What does this mean? How do I read it correctly AND what is the purpose of this box?

When you click on those numbers, and it changes to the bracketed times... it's showing you where the mixes will happen when auto mix is engaged in "smart mode"
(i'm pretty sure)
