Help I am trying to connect my Numark M2 mixer to my 2 denon 3500 cd turntables, but all I am getting is a humming/buzzing noise...Does anyone know what I can be doing wrong? I am using some basic rca cables, does the quality of the cable matter? help me please!!!

are the cd decks connected into the 'LINE' input on the mixer? they shouldn't be connect to phono as the cd decks are delivering a line audio signal. if the cd decks are connected into the line input on the mixer then just change your cables. what soundcard are you using for virtual dj?
