Hi,
I suppose your problem is fixed now :)
The more important thing for a good e-service support is :
Open one folder for one problem and use always this folder to contact us. In this way, we can follow the problem and we can read each post and see the evolution to the solve problem on the same page. It's easier for us (and faster for you)

I am getting a very bad crash now.
its when i try to mix out of a loop.
lets say i loop side 1 for 16 bars, and then try to mix out with side 2. it will crash bad, and give off this real annoying BUZZ
like the sound Jim Carrey makes on dumb and dumber when he describes the most annoying sound in the world

please check your soundcard setttings, to make sure its correct
also, you might want to try reinstall the drivers for soundcard, and reinstall Virtualdj
might get rid of the problem
