You have WeGO, not WeGO2 ,right ?
Please do this..
Open Audio Midi Setup from Applications-->Utiltiies
From the top menu bar, choose Window-->Show MIDI window
You should be able to see the Wego there with a name, but it could be there named also as USB MIDI Device. At any case, double-click on that device and edit the name of the device in the new window that will appear as..
