Not a good idea.
It is not the same plugin it is rewritten.
The default patterns are already added now.

So any idea why my LED will not light anymore for "effect 'Beat Grid'" or 'beatgrid, 'beat grid' or every combination in between? None of them light my Novation Twitch LED mapping.

put on at the mapping, that tells explicitly to turn on the led .. without having seen your mapping, for example : effect activate on or beatgrid ? on : off for a led in defininiton
