I'd pay too, but its not letting me, I've submitted a ticket, no answer yet. Any one else have this problem???

Working on this, bit of a problem as we have no physical way of discounting the software purchases and without a valid serial its a bit of a problem.

Numark lost my trade well over a year ago with CUE and I have no intention of purchacing any further Numark hardware. When my DMC2 and CDN 95 finaly croak they will go in the bin and I will go back to Pioneer/Denon/Tascam or anyone else bar Numark.

Hi , sorry for my english but

Where is the " Cue user upgrade to VDJ 6 for 50$ because When I enter my serial number, it is $ 180...

I bought my console it is just 1 month ... and spend almost the same as the console is a little .....

Thats because you don't have the full Cue version, only the "Limited Edition" which was supplied with the controller.

its from $49, think it depends on what software you have to what price you get to upgrade.

ha oki but the Cue limited edition is the same " feature " of virtual dj home 6.0 at 50$ ?? dont play karaoke etc?

There is not presently a version of VDJ 6.0 home, and the crossgrade offer is to upgrade to the full VDJ v6.0 Professional, not VDJ home.

In order to be eligible for the $49 cross-grade option you have to have the FULL version of CUE not CUE LE. It's still worth the $180 to upgrade to VDJ 6.0.1 from CUE LE though, and never again have to worry about upgrades.

Hello everybody.

As you have all noticed, we have been noticeably silent on this issue until now.
Indeed, we had some disputes with Numark that were going through legal channels, and our lawyers asked us not to make any public announcement about the relationship between Numark and Atomix.
We tried to rush the resolution so we could have a CUE 6 released at the same time as VirtualDJ, unfortunately it didn't work that way.

But, things are clearing up now, so we should be able to release a CUE 6 and VirtualVinyl 6 soon.
And, we decided to give CUE 6 and VirtualVinyl 6 for free to all CUE Pro 5 and VirtualVinyl 5 users.

On a side note, please note that there will be no update from CUE LE 5 to CUE LE 6.
"Limited Edition" versions can only be upgraded to the latest Pro version, for a small fee.
(it's the same with VirtualDJ LE 5 users, or VirtualDJ DJCEdition 5 users).

Thanx Sclavel...

Ok, now there's some news! I had a feeling there were liars..er...lawyers involved in this situation. That fully explains the silence and make 100% sense. Hopefully that cleared it up for everyone. I couldn't wait so I crossgraded, now I will have both CUE 6 and VDJ 6, kewl.

Thank you guys! I will keep supporting Atomix by giving the software a good rep. You guys are awesome!

That pretty much clears it up then, thanks for the info.

I don't use Cue personally, but my DJ colleages who do will be very happy with this.

Thank you!

That is great news! Legal is always such a fun leg of the race when it comes to commerce, announcements, etc... All these idiots out there that will create a law suit over a hill of beans! :)

I assume if I buy the $49 VDJ6.0 upgrade from my Cue 5.0 Pro license, and then the Cue 6.0 comes out... I can still upgrade to Cue 6.0 off my Cue 5.0 Pro license. The end result will be I will have both VDJ 6.0 and Cue 6.0?

yes:)

OK with that being said where do i go to get the free upgrade? When i go to the Download Center it is still sayin 5.2. Also i am a VirtualVinyl 5 user.
Thanks for your time
STAY FRESH & KEEP IT FUNKY!!

You have to wait a little longer, until the version is aproved by Numark ;)

hopefully not too long ;)

Anyone have any clue as to when that might be?

Numark beta testing, and quality verifying the release ..
Not sure how long time they want to use on the process, there might be changes wanted or not

Hard to say, but hopefully not every long :)

I forgot about the fact I (as a Cue pro user) would get both Cue and VDJ free when I decided to cross grade. I assume the $49 upgrade will stay in effect and is non refundable for those of us that made the jump early?
