Simon, make sure that your blog and MSN address is Home level, since he is Home version user. I hope you will sort it out.

Dude! Settle down, I can understand how you must have spent a lot of money... just because other so-called " DJ software" can work on vista doesn't mean all should. If vista was so perfect, why does alot of hardware ie, printer, scanners, cameras, and other usb platform still don't have perfect drivers.
Is it hard to beleive that vdj being ahead of the curve with video would have some difficulty in the new OS.
before it was truelly posible to transport phone numbers from one company to another. I worked for a company that was in the leading field of tech for the communication industry. Even though we were the leader, we had the most trouble in conversion due to the amount of technology in involved. Every other company had it resolved before us because the they did not have the same struggles.
I know this first hand since I specialized in this tech for the company and had to travel from one major market to another to get this issue resolved.
The answer will be resolved for everyone involed as soon as its completed and the bugs worked out with the new OS.
The trouble might be VDJ or hercules or your computer specs, or all the above.

As I said before, Vista has many issues with drivers. Try to use some other driver for your devices.
