Can anyone explain how to create an effect on VDJ like in this video at 8.40? When you put on a loop and smoothly speed it up with the jog wheel?

Any particular hardware you want to use ?
The action to adjust the Loop Out point of a loop using the jogwheel is loop_adjust 'out' and can be also found in the Pro layout of the default skin https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/interface/decks/decksadvanced/loops.html (look for the LOOP ADJUSTS section)

Already there, see Nr.35,36 https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjsr2/layout/decks.html
When Deck is in Loop, you press the Loop OUT (36) and Jog enters Loop Out Adjust more (led blinks), then you can exit loop (and Adjust mode) using the auto LOOP button 32
