Hello, I tried using Virtual DJ 2023 on an XDJ XZ. (using a macbook) The audio was completely strange with noise, making playback impossible.
I would like to know what happened and how I can solve it
NOTE: The XDJ XZ was working normally if you use it on a pendrive or recordbox

What are the specs of the computer you used ?
Drivers were properly installed ?
Were you using the default Audio setup as per .. https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/xdjxz/setup.html ?
Can you share some small recording file (within VirtualDJ) to listen to this "noise" ?

I followed the information recommended by the virtual dj website, and downloaded the XDJ-XZ AUDIO DRIVER FOR MACOS
on the pioneer website according to the link above.
I can't send the audio right now, when I get back to the venue I can try to record it.
