I'm interested in performing brass over my EDM sets. I have a trombone (and line in mic) that I can plug into my controller/mixing board.
Is there a way I can mess with the sound/effects in virtual DJ? Compression/reverb, eq, other effects? Can I make a deck for it?

If the line-in where you connect the instrument to is available to be used by the computer (part of the usb audio interface on the controller), you can add this as line-in ("aux") to deck
