I see that some of the hardware keys do not work and some of them register to different commands on Virtual DJ after Denon DJ prime 4 Mixer lastest firmware update (15 April 2021). I would like to check the mapping and resolve these issues with the next update.
problems that only I can see. (there may be other problems).

Just tried Prime 4 with firmware 1.6.1
PHONES MIX works as expected.
Do you see the MIX knob in MASTER panel of skin moving when you move from Prime 4 ?
Does it get from min to max ?
any chance you have the setting SplitHeadphones to YEs from VirtualDJ Settings or the SPLIT button enabled on Prime 4 ?
Can you explain how "differently" the XFADER CURVE behaves ?

Ok, it turned out our (pre-production) device had a hardware fault and the Midi messages from XFADER CONTOUR were reported on the CUE MIX knob.
We confirmed with Denon and mapping is fixed for next update.
Actually, the fix is silently pushed in current Public Build, but you have to open VDJ first, let it run idle for a few seconds (silent update) and then just restart.
