Topic: VDJ 2021 with Denon Prime 4 - Page: 2
Hallo, habe das gleiche Problem.Sobald ich eine Verbindung mit dem Prime herstellen will stürzt mir das Programm ab.
Lese und Schreibtechte sind alle aktiviert.
Firmware aktualisieren geht und mim Mcx 8000 funktioniert auch alles ohne Probleme.

Ich schließe mich ebenfalls an, selbes Problem wie bei meinen beiden Vorrednern.
Was ich festgestellt habe:

Mit meinem ASUS Vivobook D712DA klappt die Kombi VirtualDJ + Prime 4 wunderbar,
jedoch gibt es aller paar Stunden Audioaussetzer für einen Zeitraum von 5 bis 30 Sek. (100% Systemauslastung, trotz sauber neu aufgesetztem System + keinerlei anderer Software, die Einfluss nehmen könnte).
(AMD Ryzen 5 3500U, 8 GB RAM, 256GB M.2 SSD)

Mit dem neuen Asus ZenBook Pro Duo schmiert VirtualDJ 2-5 Sek. nach dem Start ab.
(Intel Core i7-9750H, 16GB RAM, 2TB M.2 SSD)

Interessant dabei der Auszug aus der Log Report.txt:

Do you have a file libusb-1.0.dll at C:\Users\Arco Edits\Documents\VirtualDJ\Plugins64 folder ?

Yes, libusb-1.0.dll (v1.0.23) + akairemotescreen64.dll are available. I have tried to replace the v1.0.24, but without success.
Windows is up to date, VirtualDJ is up to date. Denon ASIO + ASIO 4 All are installed.

Perfect, that was the solution! Thank you so much!
The Visual C++ installation automatically installed by VirtualDJ before was not sufficient. Now everything works!

Salve possiedo denon prime 4 ed ho acquistato virtual dj ma non riesco ad interagire con il monitor di prime 4 . Come posso risolvere ?

Please provide more information (in English). Are you using a Mac or Windows PC for VDJ? What operating system is the computer running?
