i need sombody to help me .im trying to register a new controler.,but support dont awnser me ,with nothing clear.,a few weeks ago i register a controler but it does work the way it shut be ,so i buy a new one .,i wanna register but ,. i just pay 4 the one who doesnt work ., what i am supost to do ., i hope somebody can help me

If it's Mixtrack Pro 3 the controller you are trying to use, then you Home Plus license is correct.
Can you explain the steps you are doing and what issue/error you are getting ?
No need to "register" anything btw. Your Home Plus license is available if you just login in VirtualDJ with the same Account credentials you have done here in forums, and you should see your License in VDJ ->LICENSES tab of Settings.
