The CUE VOLUME knob doesnt send any MIDI data, so it cant be assigned to any action and will not move any knob on the VirtualDJ GUI.
It works in "hardware" mode, so if your headphones is connected to the Slate unit, you will properly get altered sound when the knob is used.
If your headphones is connected to a different unit/sound card, then you will not get any change using that knob.
