I just updated the software and now only one channel will air, and the cue gain and cue mix is reversed. I've tired turning it off and back on. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled and and still get the same problem.

The Audio Setup should be...
Master ... Mixtrack Pro 3 ... Chans 1,2
Headphones .. Mixtrack Pro 3... chans 3,4
that's the default audio configuration and you should get this with the special Mixtrack button in the AUDIO tab of VirtualDJ Settings.
Your speakers and Headphones should be connected to the Mixtrack.for the above to work.
If the above doesnt work, try...
- From Audio Midi Setup (in Applications-->Utilities), make sure the Mixtrack Pro 3 is not the default/selected audio device for the OSX.
- From Audio Midi Setup, click "Configure" and make sure the Mixtrack is set to 4 speakers (Quadraphonic mode)
