I chose the wrong logo when adding a logo to ask the dj is there a way to change this

Simply go back into the setup screen and choose the venue. In the logo options, you can re-upload a new logo where it says "choose file"

I've posted on this thread as it is related to the topic (which I hope is ok) - is there a maximum size, or specific size setting for the logo?

Maximum filesize should be around 2MB.
Images will be resized automatically to fit in the provided area.

If your logo is e.g. 500x100, try to re-create that and export to 500x500 (by adding a transparent background 500x500)
