Hi. I've bought a numark mixdeck express and i've succesfully connected it to VDJ. i've followed a couple different instructions :
http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/MixDeck%20Express.html
http://www.numark.com/kb/article/1405
And some others aswell.
As i've read, it is normal that the faders and knobs dont move in VDJ. Everything is normal, i can hear the effects of turning down the knobs or the faders on my speakers. When i record a mix, once again, i can hear everything. but once i stop the mixing. and i check the recorded file. the music just plays and there's no effects of the knobs or faders,
any help ? thanks !

I guess you're recording in VDJ? If so, then it will record whatever is happening in VDJ. As you have a real external mixer (which is why the knobs don't move on the 'pretend' mixer on screen) the actions you're applying to the knobs take place after the signal has left VDJ.
Solution: In days gone by, people used hardware to record. Tape decks and so on. Todays equivalent is the solid state digital audio recorder.
Use one of the RCA outputs on your Mixdeck to feed a hardware recording device.

So is there no other way to record whats going out my mixer on my pc ? i dont really want to buy an external recording device.

You can route the Master/Booth/Rec Out of your controller to the Line Input (or Mic Input) of your computer and either use VirtualDJ with record line (or recordloopback for version 7) in the audio Setup or use a 3rd party application such as Audacity
