Topic: Nothing is showing up in my SAMPLER field

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I have no samples (like the siren or saxo, etc)
What am I doing wrong..

works no problem in VDJ 7

Did you go for the full install option?

You are using a V8 skin?

Yes and yes..

in the field (under options) for sampler it's blank

yes..

nothing shows up..

but I can drag the file to the players and they will play??

The samples from version 7 dont show up as a bank in version 8. You will need to install VirtualDJ in order the Sampler Banks to be installed (created), or of course drag n drop files/samples and create new Banks of your own.
