MAC Yosemite 10.10.1 / Itunes 12.0.1.26 / VDJ build 2059.884
Still don't work. If I change the comment outside of VDJ (Itunes!), the comment tag will not actualize if i do a reload tags of all files. Also a reload of a single file don't actualize the tag. Look here:
Browser after reload tags (comment should appear after BPM, sorry for bad screenshot)
Comment is right, but must be reload via tag-editor
Is there any workaround for reload all changed files? Or did I missed something?!?

Could I get a bit more information as to what this means please.
I've never used ' effect_select ' but guess it puts a effect into a slot without activating it, but it's only a guess.
Further guessing it would be
effect_select 1(slot number) 1 (effect number)

VDJ is not recognizing custom mapping for my APC40 after updating to build 2059. It only gives "ignore" or "factory default" as options. It still has my other devices custom mapping (APC20, Mixer & Dicers).

I take it the issue with the controller DB updating is still not sorted. Just checked and still on .868

For my input on the comments. I am new to VDJ8, but it does not seem like "Reload Tags" in the browser works. I get no feedback that Reload Tags did anything, unlike 7.
In 7 I would see a progress bar and instant changes when done. Now when I reload tags, there is no status and after some delay either my tags do actually update one at a time or I see no change.

I'm on .884 now and pads seem to be working just fine. It just took so long to update at my end maybe because of my connection. Try again...

When playing 2 of the same songs at the same bpm, one deck (left) will play faster and higher pitch than the other deck (right). This problem appeared in 2048. Using Numark NS7II on mac osx mavericks.

after a few mins mixing/scratching, vdj8 freezes for a milisec, after that I have some lag on scratch response.
cloning decks still not fixed (cloned deck is 1/2 beat behind original track), also cloning decks does not copy cue point or loops
scratchwave drift bug still happens with pitch quality 1 or 2
deleting actions crashes VDJ8 on OSX 10.7 (playlists,tracks,folders,midi mappers)
analyzing tracks process takes too much CPU, causing distortion/stutter on OSX 10.7
looking forward to the stanton scs1d tempo fader+platter speed

found a bug: load a track with a saved loop(at end of track), arm that loop, so the track doesnt stop playing at end, play the track from beggining,then if I touch/hold the vinyl the track jumps right to the armed loop at the end, pitchbend using the platter or even scratch forward(forward spin) its fine,only if I stop/hold the vinyl or backspin the track jumps to the armed loop. I dont think its suppose to work this way...

You can send the clock to another software program, but it will require a utility to act as a virtual MIDI device / router.
On my PC, I use LoopBe (click here).

Mixer question: is this a fake EQ and gain in my skin? i have to less range to power up the bass or another frequenz... i think there was a higher output range bevor

Your first script has errors in it - for example "1 deck" and deck being spelt incorrectly in various places.
This is not a regression bug however, unless this script worked in the previous build.
