FYI... I don't get beta updates but I see some people on the facebook page saying their Macs are crashing with this update also.

One thing I noticed, (relevant? IDK) I updated (windows) by downloading a zip and not via VDJ and this zip the exe was VirtualDJ and not the usual VirtualDJ8.
I don't know if that matters (Probably not), just something I spotted.

@vdj_pARtybOy,
Try to set "PitchQuality" to 1 in advanced options (if it is 2).
Is it better ? it should.

Regression bug: This update is killing my CPU using time codes, my i7 is struggling to do tasks it used to handle like butter and i'm hitting red constantly. Please optimize the code

Latency at 10ms
sample rate 44100

Still testing to see what could be a reason for my increase in CPU, i'll revert to build 1932 to see if the issue remains the same but so far no issues with drift, smart mode isn't that accurate and will sometimes lose cue positions on CDJs but I suppose that's not a big issue, just need to narrow down what's causing the demand for more CPU on my PC. Thanks

How does a build that doesn't run on a Mac get released? :-(

I thought the quality was getting better...

Not sure how they can be so confident with users being very happy with the updates and yet still experience issues. Boggles my mind!

Not a regression but a suggestion to DEVS. Is it possible to have an option to disable the pitch slider? the visual delay creates a placebo effect I feel

It's already possible, just jack one of the pitch settings number super high and it doesn't move..........and really a placebo effect, come on already.
