See if I can explain this right , I know its just a setting that I need to set up , but If I am playing a song in the right deck and then i am getting ready for the song in the left deck , I hit play , and it starts the song , and it plays for like two secs then it rewinds back to the beginning of the song and starts again . ?

Are you using a midi controller ? Does this happen with all your tracks ?

Yes, this does happen occasionally. With or without a controller.
It is VERY intermittent.

Yes this happens a lot but not every time , and yes I use a Pioneer DDJ-SX Controller

Any chance the Backspin effect is selected in any Effect slot or in the Master Effect slot (in MASTER panel) and this gets triggered somehow ?

Think I fixed it Loopbackmode was set to yes , I changed it to no

Loop back mode should not be related to your issue.
Is it possible, that your CUE Point is in fact a POI Cue with a save loop?
