Topic: After V8 2nd video card not accepted in v7

On Saturday I was using v8 during the football match for audio output only (but with video files).

After the match I switched over to v7, because I had to use firetext, but v7 won't accept my dedicated video card anymore.
It showed it in the options and I was able to choose the video card, but VDJ won't output the video.
The TVs kept showing my extended desktop only.
Strange enough, but additionally I suddently had 2 entries for my video card.
So VDJ showed me: Window, Nvida GT740M, Nvidia GT740M. Never saw that before.

I tried disabling/ enabling video and hardware acceleration, but that doesn't changed anything.
VDJ won't output my video files.

At the end I had to use the internal video card (Intel HD4000) and luckily everything worked fine.

So, has anyone had the same problems?

How did you switch softwares ? Did you launch version 7 while version 8 was running ?

Nope.
Just closed V8 and after that started v7.

It too did shutdown and restart v7 a couple of times after the videocard was not accepted.
But still no luck.

I was trying to reproduce this the last couple of days.
But wasn't able to. Don't know what went wrong in the first place.
So just let's hope it doesn't happen again.
