Topic: Mixdeck Quad faders not responding

The faders in vdj8 do not respond with my Mixdeck Quad. I've been updating my vdj8 daily thru 5/26

Just to understand something here.. you see the faders moving on the screen but not alter the sound ? Or not moving at all on screen if you move them from the controller ?
What faders dont work ? Volume, EQ,Gain, crossfader ?
Windows or Mac ?
Other than that, the deck sides work properly ? Do you see the special button in the Audio tab of Config, and the unit properly detected by its name in the Controllers tab ?

Windows operating system.
The only mixer function that works is the crossfader. The gains, eq knobs and 4 faders do not move onscreen or alter the sound. In an earlier update, the faders all responded until a track was loaded in one of the decks, but then would immediately stop. After one of the recent updates, the faders do not respond at all.

another note: i am not hearing anything in cue. When I move the "cue mix" all the way to "cue", the cued song is extremely faint, even when the "cue gain" is all the way up. I believe i have it properly set up:
output - speaker + headphones
card - mixdeck quad

source:
master mixdeck quad chan 1&2
headphone mixdeck quad chan 3&4

Yes, the deck sides seem to be working properly.
