Hi,
I have a problem with my CDJ400 and VDJ8 since I installed it.
As soon as I touch the jog, control panel opens and VDJ crashes a few seconds. I have to click 10 times on the cross to close the panel.
I thought of a mapping error but no.
I passed on VDJ7, same problem.
I uninstalled then reinstalled.
I reinstalled the new drivers CDJ400.
Before installed VDJ8, everything went well.
Do you have a solution before formatting the PC?

Control Panel can be launched only if something is mapped as settings, which is not the case for the default mapping files.
so just make sure you are using the factory default mapping. If you delete the settings.xml and launch version 8, it will definitely use the factory default mapping, so you should not have any issue.
FYI the touch part of the jog is mapped by default as speedwheel_touch, so apparently by mistake it must have been mapped as settings or something similar.
