opening the tag editor and hitting get artist title from file name and saving the tag corrects it, same files in same directory
other system info:
OS windows 8 64bit
dual install with 7 and 8
version 8 build 1752.632
version 8 has had 'one restore to defaults' applied
images as requested below
I wont re tag files , as I will be using 7 live until 8 has settled

When playing karaoke when you load deck 1 and deck 2 with a karaoke file you can see both on screen usually one is circuling around the screen whats up
