Topic: Having recognition problems with Hercules mixers

Cannot get virtual DJ 8 recognized my Hercules 4mx. Keep saying that it's not connected

Mac?

If so the development team are working to fix device recognition on Mac.

It see the mixer if i try to map it , when i move the sliders or button and so on. but it said it not connected. ???

Could you please inform us about your Operating system and also upload here a screenshot of the Config->Controllers tab ?
