First of all, you will need the full Pro version of Virtual DJ to use it with Twitch.

Second, the audio setup in VDJ will need to be either "headphones" or "external mixer" depending on exactly how the Twitch is configured internally.

Some controller/interfaces use one stereo VDJ output for master & the other for headphones. Others use both channels to feed the mixer and have an onboard cue system.

You will need to connect the Twitch master output to either powered speakers or an amplifier and passive speakers.

I am still lost. I do have the Pro version 7.4

How do I know how the twitch is configured internally?

I guess I will need someone who has the twitch already to advise on this.

Reading the manuals will help you a lot.

Purchase a copy of Virtual DJ Pro and you can have access to the download section. No license and or a pirated copy of VDJ gives you no benefits.

i do have a good copy..just didnt put in license when i created account here today in hopes of getting to the answer quickly. I already downloaded the twitch mappers from here..just need help configuring the set up so I can use the headphones for cue...thought it was easy stuff

How did you do that if you've not registered your software here?

It is easy stuff to configure. As I said earlier, there are two choices. Either it'll require the "headphones" setting to be used, or "external mixer". Try both and see which one gives the correct functionality. My guess would be the "headphones" setting.

[edit] yes, I just found an old post from 2011 that says to use the "headphones" setting. I see you found it too, and crossposted.

Please do not post the same question in more than one place.

Novation Twich is a natively supported unit, so there is no need to download or use any mapping files. It requires a license of Pro Full version though. If you have purchased a license of Pro Full version, please register your serial number to your account and download the latest available version from your Download Center.
If not, then purchase a legit license and support the software and its feature development.

You can also test the unit with Home Free version, prior purchasing a license of Pro Full version. Home Free version will provide 10 minutes of full operation each time you restart the software.
The sound setup should be ..
Inputs: None
Outputs : Headphones
Sound card -> 4.1 and choose the Novation Twich sound card from the right menu.

Plug a pair of powered speakers or yoru amplifier to the rear Master Output socket and your headphones in the Headphones socket fo the unit.

Make sure the sound card is detected as 4 speakers (quadrophinoc mode) from Window and is not the default sound card of yoru computer.
