Topic: Numark N4 Controller question

Having a few issues trying to get the effects to change when you hold down the shift key and turn the knob. Nothing is working and have been trying to reach support for days now and no luck. Called today and it said they are closed for the easter weekend...Please help me

Does the Effect selection knob works for you, if you use the Default 4 Decks skin ?
