Hi,
I'm using a MBP and the latest version of Virtual DJ trial (Home) before making a decision to go for the full version.
I'm trying to use my old BCD2000 just as a controller (I know the sound card is not going to work) and I understood it would work for the 10 min limit for evaluation.
I've loaded the Mac Drivers for the BCD2000 and I can see that the BCD2000 mapping is listed in the mapper selection of VDJ but it is not showing as connected.
It's really strange as the BCD is working fine as a controller using both Mixxx and djDecks.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Mike

Hi Mike,
the BCD works while using the Mac versions from Mixxx and djDecks on the same Mac?
I only noticed that some controller have problems with USB3.0 Macs.

Hi,
Yep that's right, also working fine with Future Decks Pro (which seems to be the best so far)
Still not got it going with VDJ :-(

Some user have fixed a simular problem with a USB2.0 hub between the controller and the Mac.
Please try it, mabye it will fix it also on your side.

Please goto Applications-->Utilities-->Audio Midi Setup.
Choose to View the Midi Page/window from the top menu.
See if the BCD2000 is present in that window, and type here the exact name of the unit.
Thank you
