Yep, another option request for Logo Slide :)

Be able to also use GIF's. (animated)

One thought for my above "trigger" option request: I think the wipe speed should also auto-adjust to match the length of the audio sample.
 
GIFs will take a bit of work - DirectX9 doesn't actually support them as an image format - I will have to load and decode them, then copy the data to the texture buffer manually.
 
Converting the gifs into swf/flash files might be a quicker option for you
 
Yea, sounds like a bit of work, but will be sooooo cool if you can do it! It'll be something like a wipe I used on the fly w/the Video Toaster in the 90's. :)


EDIT: @Paul>I tried a SWF file but it only accepts .PNG files.

Cut Logo, Slide Logo, LogoSlide, LogoSlide Opposite and LogoSlide Cut have all been updated to v1.1.

Changes include:

* Logo.png now included in installer. This gives the transition a default 'VirtualDJ' logo. It will not overwrite existing Logo.png files however.
* Aspect ratio hopefully sorted.
* Size slider to allow you to resize your logo.
* Mask slider to allow you to specify a colour to use for transparency. Not really necessary with PNG as you can use transparency anyway.
* No popup error message boxes - errors are now reported in the plugin window.
 
SBDJ LogoGrow Cut now available to download too.
 
As is SBDJ LogoGrow Slide.
 
Slider re-size working :)
 
Hi Scott, i have tried the mask transition but not been able to get it to work for me.I've followed the instructions to the letter, tried the file re-naming of all associated files, uninstalled, re- installed, etc but no joy, i must be missing something.I can guess what your answers gonna be, but does the amount of letters make any odds ? I want the transition to say VDJ CUT on 2 lines, any help greatly appreciated.

SBDJ Mask has been updated to v1.1 and is now available for download.

Fixes include:

* PNG is now used instead of TGA
* DLL renaming works correctly - your renamed file will show up in the effects list with the renamed name
* The transition is now one-way, so behaves the same from right to left as it does from left to right.

The change from TGA to PNG was made to eliminate the slow loading time at the start of the transition that was experienced on some systems.

Well..I cant open any of these.seems my system cant find the d3x9_43. (directX) and I've looked for it. the highest number i have in the systen32 folder is d3x9_43.any Ideas? yeah I thought of and tried to download from microsoft but I get some error when i try to open the pack...if this is a new version then i need a link..(this Computer got hit with the server dns changer an all,and its recouping ) is there even such a file?..Help!
 
fixed..teleported the d3dx9.dll from my other laptop and placed in the transition folder.this happenned a while back and this what i figured out.strange though...great effects scott!
 
You just need to install the latest runtime from MS via dxwebsetup.
