Very similar to videobars, except instead of being overlaid on top of the video, the bars are behind the video and you can control the video alpha.
The default settings are slightly different, and the controls are in an order that makes more sense for this plugin.
Interesting effects can be accomplished by fading the video, flood and shrinking the bars - you can achieve slightly patterned shading for example in a plus symbol, a checkerboard, bars etc.

I think i will buy an extra controller with lot of knobs just for your video plugins.. !
