Known for his Tech House, Techno, Tribal, Breakbeat and Progressive House tunes, Rocky does not only play and mix the music, but he also innovates different kinds of mixing styles.
He is currently very busy with his new job as Professional Buyer for DJ CORNER www.djcorner.ae a shop where you can find all the latest Dj equipments. He also runs a small lights and sounds rental company MIXOLOGY in Dubai.
When not DJing, Rocky Solarta plays a big role in contributing for the DJ industry. He is part of a booking agency that brings the best international DJs and artists in the Philippines, Funboy Event's (Responsible for bringing Tiesto, Max Graham, Dj Preach, Dj Phynn, Olav Basoski, Ian Carey & Benny Benassi in the phil's).
Rockys influences in music are the likes of Derrick Carter, Roger Sanchez, Olav Basoski, Ian Carey, Basement Jaxx, Carl Cox, David Morales, Erick Morillo, Deep Dish, Deep Swing, Ferry Corsten, Full Intention, Groove Armada, Robbie Rivera, Sandy Rivera, Wally Lopez, Steve Lawler, Steve Angelo, Seb Fontain, and Miguel Migs just to name.
