Topic: Multi Function 3 Skin Magic beat match
I just started playing with this skin. Can someone explain the difference between the sync button and the Magic beatmatch button?

Love this skin. Also would this work will with a HC 4500?

I think the magic beatmatch locks both tracks, so that when you change the pitch on the "master" track, the "slave" track's pitch is changed too.

The deck on which you pressed the beatlock button is the "slave" track.


And for the HC4500, skins and controllers aren't linked, so yes it will work without any problem.

What i mean about the controller was that because the "Magic Beat Match" Feature on the multifunction skin is not on most skins would i be able to use the Denon HC4500 to activate it.

If you rightclick on the Magic Beatmatch (little Star), VDJ will do that JeremK said.

The action label is "beatlock"

You will need to map that function to one of the buttons on your HC4500.
