Why 90% of skins that i download not work? Thanks?
And why my level is not enought to dowload some effect\plug-in? thanks

many skins are made for the full version, Virtual DJ 2.0x
They might not work on the home edition (E-jay MixSation)

And most effects are for full version users only. sorry
 
The solution is to upgrade to full version.
It worths its price don't worry about it.
