I'm having some problems using TCCDs. The music is playing ok from the output of my mixer (ie I can hear it). There is some humming but I reckon that's a grounding issue and should be easily resolved. In the Time Code Vinyl Configuration screen, I can see my TCCDs playing with sine waves showing but the Timecode quality is and 0%. Also the music only plays if I click on Invert Phase.
I'm using the old Pioneer CDJ 500 II players for the TCCDs. The jog wheel will emulate slowing the track down or speeding it up although it doesn't sound great. The Play/Pause and Cue buttons don't act like they should. If I try to pause the track it keeps playing but sounds as if it's skipping. I'm using 2 x CDJ 500 II, DJM 500 and Maya 44.

hey,

:::source of the problem:::
professional grade DJ cd players use higher sound volume for output. so the signal code volume is too high.

:::solution:::
download http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/VDJTimeCode_pro.mp3
burn it as a standard cd audio and that's it.

do not burn it as an mp3 cd. it must be standard CDA (compact digital audio) playable on any cd player.

has the issue been resolved?
