Topic: Loop Length

The control for Loop Length seems inconsistent. Is it left-click, right-click, one click, double-click, 4, 8, 6 ?? Sometimes gets stuck at 32 and can't back down! What am I missing here... help please... ~ GOING LOOPY ~
