Topic: Numark Cue LE protection error

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I got the ION iCUE and it came with the Numark Cue LE software. It was working fine until one day it will not allow me to open up Cue Le. it says there is a protection error and for me to contact virtualdj.com/support. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what steps are needed to fix this? Thanks!

It would help if you added your serial number to your profile here. Also, top right of this screen, see "Support/Help" that is what the message you received was talking about.
