Ive not got access to the program at the moment but i just want to know - if you move a song from one folder to another, does vdj same the cues and the analyzed part?

thanks. how about if you rename that file for example to add the name of the mix?
 
In this case you will loose your cue points and BPM information. As far as I can tell, VDJ uses the file size and name in the internal database. Change one or the other and you'll lose your info in VDJ. Also should be noted that re-tagging an mp3 file will change it's filesize.

If you change the filename from within your recordcase (right click, rename), renaming tracks works fine. Try it.
