Topic: install file file size error v 5.2

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi guys, wondered if you could help me:

Just download version 5.2 install file and try to run it. I get the error:

'Could not initialize installation. File size expected = 16646866, size returned = 16646396'

Downloaded several times using both left and right click and same result.

If you were not using Internet Explorer then try downloading it with that ...

i was using IE 7

i have just downloaded it at work and file size appears to be correct now
