Topic: cannot preview the cued (default) deck

I have my Pioneer DJM-800 crossfader programmed through the midi on Virtual DJ, however, when my crossfader set all the way to the active deck, and I want to listen to the cued deck through the headphones, the deck will not start when I hit the play button. nothing happens.

Do I have a setting wrong?
